  • IS THE VIDEO RECORDING WEBCAM WINDOW FIXED IN ONE PLACE?

    The webcam window is draggable and can be moved to any part of the screen before or during the recording.

  • CAN USERS SELECT MULTIPLE DAYS WHEN FILTERING WITH THE CALENDAR?

    No, at this time, users can only filter by a single day in the calendar. The ability to select multiple days and date ranges is on the feature backlog for a future implementation.

  • HOW IS FINTEST PRO DISPLAYED INSIDE THE WEB PAGE?

    Many browser extensions work through a so-called popup screen. On clicking the extension, a new window anchored to the extension button is shown with all its relevant features. Fintest Pro displays its interface inside webpages for a more immersive experience, it uses background scripts to relay information from  the user interface to the relevant external resources. However, one drawback for this approach is that sometimes, web page styles can cause the extension interface to be unintentionally changed.

  • FILTERING AND SORTING

    There are several ways to organize and view information. Users can sort their resources by alphabetical order or by date.

    Users can filter their data by resource type (like screenshot or video) or by a label (like bug or info). Additionally, users can filter their resource by using the provided calendar. And finally, users can filter their resources by a keyword using the search field.

  • WHERE CAN I SEE NEW RESOURCES?

    New resources are not automatically shown at the top, rather they are displayed in the resource feed based on the current filtering or sorting preferences.

  • HOW DOES THE BLURING FUNCTION WORK?

    The blurring function only blurs images that are part of the original screenshot. Text or other graphic elements that are added as part of the annotation cannot be blurred.

  • HOW TO ADD NEW LINES INSIDE TEXT WIDGETS?

    New lines can be created inside text widgets by holding the SHIFT key and then pressing ENTER.
