In this version we have added another useful feature for users that annotate images and screenshots – callouts. Often, when capturing screenshots, it is necessary to reference a specific object or a block of text. Call outs are boxes of text with an attached arrow pointing to the object in question.
Callouts have a few customization options,
- font type
- font size
- font styles: Italics, Bold, underline, and small caps
- arrow direction
Text is entered in the text box. Once the callout has been created, it can be moved and resized on the screen.
Additionally, several defects were addressed with the annotation tools.
